The Uttarakhand Pollution Control Board NOC is an official body of Department of Environment, Government of Uttarakhand as was established to assess and control pollution in the state. The main aim is to implement environmental statutes like the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1974, The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1981. From UKPCB, industrial emissions, wastes, and water discharge are closely observed to ensure that the environment is clean.
